The field didnt do us justice. It was small, ragged and bumpy. It nearly killed our game. Somehow we managed to adjust and adapt. As usual, we made things difficult for ourselves but recovered to win 5-2. There was enough encouragement and motivation among all although we conceded. We took control and took charge. We played our game and played with one another. There's more room to improve.
We had our poorest turnout at 17 players. The players worked hard to allow various changes to be made later on in the game. Kudos to all. Everyone went home happy.
We need to get the new players up to speed with our formation and strategy. It has been working and we should abide to it.
Supporters Once again we had our sponsor to watch us. He was immensely delighted with the team's performance. He was looking for Doc for prata after the game.
We would like to thank Mr Zainal and Ms Damai who attended our game against Boost FC. Also present was Mr Usop and his wife. We were rude not to have acknowledged their presence.
In the last game, we thank Mrs Zamri. She has to come down again after the scintillating performance put up by Zamri each time she is around.
Man of the Match In all honesty, the man on the match was won hands down by Zamri. He put in yet again an outstanding performance, pressurising in midfield and creating chances. Since he had won the reward before, he had graciously allowed the reward to be presented to someone else.
Hence, Doc was presented with the reward for his sturdy performance. He was without sleep after night shift and I believe he perform best in that condition. Also because of the way he stood by the fence.
